What you'll do: Lead execution of multiple digital solution initiatives by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance. Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team. Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness, conducting gap analyses, and implementing process enhancements aligned with company strategy. Analyze key performance indicators and recommend data-driven adjustments to meet business objectives. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to enhance service and product capabilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
