Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established therapy plans Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support a positive, safe, and organized therapy environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required) Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for improving resident quality of life Why Join West Village Post Acute?
