Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a/an Project Specialist located in Fontana, CA. Reporting to the Program manager the Project Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and project support to our Project Management team. What a typical day looks like: Work collaboratively with the project managers to maximize productivity. Create and manage relay panel bills of materials (BOMs) through companys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Coordinate with engineering on relay panel work order scheduling. Prepare relay panel production work orders for release to manufacturing. Classify material risk and propose mitigation plans for multiple projects. Review and distribute project documents; follows up with internal teams and clients for required documents. Prepare and maintain project records and documents; ensure they are correct, processed, and approved. Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure that all tasks are completed according to project schedule. Coordinate with internal teams for project status updates. Assist in preparing and drafting communication including emails and other correspondence Upkeep of various systems/programs and filing of documents electronically Support the project manager in resolving issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. Perform other related duties as assigned.
