VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is a 24/7/365 emergency, critical care and specialty practice, located in Kalamazoo, MI. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our surgery team full time. Are you searching for more work life balance? (Please take a moment to view our brief video on veterinary technician utilization from a VCA technicians point of view) https://vimeo.com/684755121/10c909cbf5 Licensed Surgery Veterinary Technician Duties Include Physical examinations and patient assessment Intubation, anesthesia and monitoring IV fluid administration and CRI calculations Venipuncture / IVC placement Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority) Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services Providing compassionate care for all patients Potential Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Thursday) Compensation: $18 - 31 / hour dependent on veterinary technician licensure, experience and skill set.
