We are committed to developing an inclusive and supportive culture, where employees have equal opportunity for growth. $18.50/hour FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary The Broadway In Boston Representative is a customer service professional and is our patron liaison at our Broadway engagements. The Broadway In Boston Representative will manage our Broadway In Boston Information Table at every Broadway performance. The BIB Reps duties are to greet patrons with an outgoing and engaging presence, answer frequently asked questions about Broadway In Boston, and encourage patrons to purchase tickets to our 2026-2027 Lexus Broadway In Boston season. This position will be nights and weekends during our 2026-2027 season shows. Availability for all or most performances is preferred. Engagements will be at the Citizens Opera House or at the Emerson Colonial Theatre in Downtown Boston. Availability on nights and weekends is required. Duties and Responsibilities Be a model representation of the Broadway In Boston brand at our shows. Engage with patrons attending our Broadway performance. Answer patron questions about Broadway In Boston, our current season, and our season subscription program. Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: An outgoing yet professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills. A personable and friendly personality. Possess a strong knowledge of theater and Broadway, as well as our Lexus Broadway In Boston season. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Language Skills Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Google Suite.
