Position Summary... What you'll do... Join the Bentonville-based, Walmart International legal team as a Senior Analyst, Project Management reporting to the Senior Lead Counsel International. The international legal team is based in Bentonville as part of Walmarts International segment. This legal team advises the business reporting into Walmarts International CEO, supports the market legal teams across a variety of workstreams; and oversees the governance and mitigation of material risks for the international portfolio. The work of this legal team is diverse and therefore, this role will provide a broad range of support across tasks which range from administrative to more intricate and complex. The role has a reporting structure under the Senior Lead Counsel and supports all attorneys on the team. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR Youll make an impact by: Managing legal processes and operations for international legal; collecting, entering and maintaining legal information in various legal systems including contract and file management. Managing and maintaining the internal online site for international governance and tracking market requests for approvals. Helping draft, operationalize, and update standard operating procedures and best practices. Creating new systems to track and inventory the legal requirements connected to the maintenance of international corporate entities, and that stage of maturity for the businesses in each of these locations. Coordinating larger complex projects with internal and external stakeholders, requiring tracking of numerous sub-issues; providing status updates and managing the sequencing of next steps. Assisting attorneys with legal research and analysis by identifying necessary information and helping determine relevant facts to support legal arguments; helping attorneys ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations. Drafting, proofreading and updating presentations, reports, templates and business communications. Supporting the administrative needs of the legal team including preparing expense reports, invoice review, budgeting, assisting with travel arrangements, obtaining signatures to finalize documents to be mailed, etc. Youll sweep us off our feet if You are organized, detail-oriented, able to effectively juggle multiple competing priorities and can drive progress on projects with minimal supervision. You have previous experience working in a legal department or in a similar fast-pace professional environment. You are flexible and self-sufficient. You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders. You are comfortable with technology and how to leverage tools to improve processes. Although not required, it would be an asset if you have language abilities in Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, or other foreign languages. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years work experience in a professional or administrative office or legal environment.
