This role is essential to ensuring a positive employee experience from hire to retention. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews Manage and execute new hire onboarding and orientation processes Support payroll functions (Workday experience preferred) Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires Qualifications Prior HR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred) Experience with payroll processing (Workday preferred) Strong recruiting and onboarding experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Passion for creating a great employee experience What Makes You a Great Fit Friendly, approachable, and professional Strong attention to detail and organization Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passionate about supporting staff and building culture We are an equal opportunity employer.
