Were hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that combines 75% remote flexibility with company-paid monthly travel to one of our regions, currently DC, TN, or NC area, providing a great chance to collaborate with our dedicated team in person. Your Role as a BCBA: Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians. Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans. Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required!). Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis. Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes. Qualifications: BCBA certification (in good standing) Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes. Work Environment, Physical Conditions: Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB. Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
