Job Details Job Title: Loss Prevention & Security Manager Location: Buford, GA, Flowery Branch, GA or Missouri City, TX Annual Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus About the Role: Build and maintain safety and loss prevention systems in compliance with national laws and corporate policies. Design emergency plans, optimize systems, investigate anomalies, and maintain equipment. Implement emergency response mechanisms, refine loss management processes, upkeep security facilities, and coordinate with external agencies. Achieve risk control, zero major asset losses, sustainable operations, and protection of personnel safety and corporate interests. Job Responsibilities: 1. Safety System Development Develop and refine comprehensive safety management systems and emergency response protocols. Drive the implementation of standardized safety procedures, establish cross-functional emergency response teams and safety committees, and ensure operational safety alongside efficient emergency resolution. 2. Asset Protection & Loss Mitigation Design and maintain a robust loss prevention framework. Identify vulnerabilities in asset protection through data-driven audits, process optimization, and risk assessments. Manage third-party security partnerships to minimize financial and operational losses. 3. Incident Management & Corrective Action Spearhead root cause analyses for safety incidents and operational anomalies, producing detailed investigation reports. Oversee corrective action implementation, validate remediation effectiveness, and institutionalize closed-loop remediation cycles to enhance organizational risk resilience. 4. Infrastructure Integrity & Regulatory Compliance Conduct routine maintenance of security infrastructure and monitoring systems to ensure optimal functionality. Monitor evolving safety regulations across jurisdictions, align internal protocols with legal requirements, and maintain full compliance across operations. 5. Strategic Partnerships & Emergence Response Forge strategic partnerships with external agencies (e.g., fire departments, law enforcement) to strengthen emergency response capabilities. Conduct operational risk assessments, develop contingency protocols, and safeguard personnel, physical assets, and corporate reputation to enable sustainable business growth. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Safety Management, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 510+ years of experience in safety, security, loss prevention, compliance, or warehouse operations (international experience preferred). Strong knowledge of EHS, fire safety, asset protection, and operational risk management. Experience in auditing, compliance investigations, or risk-control frameworks. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with global teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Mandarin language ability is a plus for cross-border collaboration.
