Position Summary: Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Project Management to plan, initiate, and manage various IT projects as part of a Scaled Agile (SAFe) program. Duties include: act as product owner in a Safe Agile Environment; manage multiple full cycle implementations of IT/Database tools; assist with coordination between IT and other business stakeholder, including serving as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; review functionality and reporting for various software tools to devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources; engage in data interpretation, analysis and work with Agile Story, Backlog and Sprint research claims data and resolve discrepancies; implement state Medicaid plans into company encounter processing tools; ensure accurate data is submitted to state governments; monitor internal reporting and data storage software; and analyze and modify system requirements relating to health claims processing, patient encounters, and provider compliance to meet operational objectives and strategic business initiatives. Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience with each of the following: SQL; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; Automation tools: Ruby and Cucumber; JCL; MF DB2; and IBM Rational Test Manager. Pay Range: $125590.00/year to $132600.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
