Position Specific Information (if Applicable): STEM School Highlands Ranch is seeking a temporary employee to provide dedicated individual student support. This position is week-to-week and may be up to 40 hours per week, depending on ongoing need. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, compassionate individual support to ensure student safety and engagement throughout the school day. Support the students participation in classroom activities, transitions, and common areas. Collaborate with teachers, student support teams, and administrators. Follow school policies, confidentiality standards, and directions from staff. Perform other tasks as assigned to support school operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong commitment to student learning and development Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Responsive and proactive communication with students and faculty Experience working in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment preferred Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting of 5 to 50 pounds Ability to stand/walk for up to 90 minutes Ability to run short distances if necessary Frequent bending, stooping, standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, and sitting Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday This position will be open until filled, but will not be open past: December 31, 2025 Compensation: The pay for this role is $17.80 to $25.00 USD per hour. Responsibilities: --- Maintain appropriate classroom management. --- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. --- Deliver instruction to students. --- Provide student progress updates. Certifications: Education: High School or Equivalent (Required) Skills: Position Type: Charter School Primary Location: STEM Charter School One Year Only (Yes or No): No Scheduled Hours Per Week: 40 FTE: 1.00 Approx Scheduled Days Per Year: 185 Work Days (260 days indicates a year-round position. Time off [or Off-Track Days] are then granted based on the position. Any exceptions to the normal off-track time will be noted in the Additional Position Details section above, as scheduled work days.) Minimum Hire Rate: $17.30 USD Hourly Maximum Hire Rate: $21.97 USD Hourly Full Salary Range: $17.30 USD - $26.64 USD Hourly All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
