Mfg Operator Assistant

This person will work in a team environment, assist on the production floor as needed, and must be willing to cross-train to provide coverage as needed in other job functions and prepare for future advancement opportunities. Ensuring quality product is being run during your shift Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area that meets AIB requirements at all times during the shift Learning the computer system for data entry Operating overhead crane in automatic mode and performing roll changes in a safe, productive, and timely manner Operating a forklift as needed Participating as a team member on the plant process teams Being a team player by assisting on other equipment or functions as needed Reviewing and understanding all related ISO Work Instructions Completing daily checklists Tracking waste on each roll produced and reporting to the Operator.
