THE JOB: As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dishes, glassware, flatware and the dish area. You will create WOW moments for our guests and employees that they will carry with them throughout their day and beyond. THE STARTING RATE: $15.15 an hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Breakdown, load, unload, catch, and properly sort dishes, glassware and flatware as it is brought to the dish area Regular transport of equipment such as hot and cold box, speed rack, Queen Mary, and push cart from hallway to deliver to other outlets and facilitates Separate and remove trash, garbage and place in designated containers; steam clean and hose out garbage can Sweep and mop floors and wash floor mats Wash baseboard, floor drain, hand sink, table and cutting board THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Meets the age requirement of 18+ years old Takes pride in their work Knowledgeable of the Health and Safety regulations Describes themselves as detail-oriented Working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
