Responsibilities include restocking liquor, beer, and supplies, maintaining glassware and bar tools, assisting with basic drink preparation, and ensuring a smooth workflow behind the bar. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: Stock and maintain bar supplies, including beer, liquor, and cooler inventory Ensure cleanliness of bar and deck by picking up and emptying trash as well as bussing tables. Assist servers, bartenders, and supervisors with bar cleanup during and after each shift. Assist with all prep, organization, and set up for opening. Update beer books and digital menus. Count and input inventory on a monthly basis. Assist in monitoring/tracking and invoicing for internal transfers and parties/events. Assist with costing beer, liquor, wine and drink specials. Secondary Responsibilities: Occasionally may be working an outdoor bar. This will include cashiering skills, mixology and multitasking. Assist with crowd control occasionally Other duties as assigned Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications- Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Training Certificate, we will help you acquire. Technical- Basic computer skills Physical Capabilities- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Additional- Strong attention to detail. Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Education/Related Experience: Minimum education required- English reading, writing and communication; plus basic math. Minimum time in related position- restaurant experience preferred Equipment and Safety/Protective Equipment Used: Squirrel POS system, non-slip shoes preferred Considered by many as the best skiing in Idaho and the best family-friendly resort in the Pacific Northwest, Schweitzer ranks as one of the nations top winter destinations with 2,900 acres of incredible terrain thanks to two massive bowls and renowned tree skiing. Located in the rugged Selkirk Mountains of the northern Idaho panhandle, and only 80 miles from Spokane, WA, Schweitzer overlooks the town of Sandpoint, ID and offers breathtaking views of three states, Canada and the impressive Lake Pend Oreille.
