Allina is offering Dermatology residents the opportunity to moonlight the 2nd Saturday of every month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Allina Health Woodbury Clinic location. We are offering $225/hour and a supervising Dermatologist for open collaboration. Minnesota license is required to Moonlight and reimbursement for this process is provided by Allina Health. Key Position Details: The position is intended for 2nd or 3rd Year Residents in a Dermatology Medical Residency Program. Clinic would be on Saturday once per month (based out of the Bandana Square or Woodbury Clinic). Residents will be supported by an attending dermatologist for each clinic date. Job Description: Principle Responsibilities Direct Patient Care. In a resident capacity and within practice restrictions, provides direct patient care for clinical patients for designated specialty. Reviews patient's medical history while collecting, prioritizing, and synthesizing comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Evaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care. Quality. Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or work flows Other duties as assigned.
