Manage and execute our Auto Financial Well-Being programs for adults. This includes integrating financial literacy tools, like our Car Buying 101 training, with business partners such as auto dealers and the Auto Learning Center. Build and nurture relationships with key business partners, such as auto dealers, to integrate community offerings and financial literacy resources, driving both social impact and business value. Build and manage the Mobility Forward brand marketing strategy to elevate our story and impact. Grow our research and thought leadership by leveraging convenings and the Insights Center to lead conversations on mobility. Manage and execute cornerstone events, including the annual Golf Tournament and Mobility Summit and convenings, to engage key stakeholders and elevate our community leadership. Serve as the Experience Command Center Lead by managing the monthly scorecard and preparing for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), tracking progress against metrics that matter. Partner cross-functionally on key projects/initiatives with the ability to manage input from a variety of stakeholders, including nonprofit partners, internal business leaders, and government officials. Analyze and leverage data to inform strategies, measure impact, and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement. Maintain comprehensive documentation in alignment with community outcomes to support all project initiatives. Represent Capital One in the community through networking, public speaking, and event attendance. Plano, TX: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Project Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
