Hours: First shift, Monday through Friday 5:00am - 2:30pm Pay: $18/hr Summary: This person will replenish component stock for continuous flow assembly lines while maintaining the receiving/production supply area in an organized and clean condition. This person will set up assembly lines for the Assembly Department. Position Responsibilities: Report discrepancies to department manager Stage materials to the production lines according to the pick lists Restock KANBAN items as requested Participate in inventory cycle counts Ensure warehouse is clean and organized Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Positive attitude Proven organizational skills Detail oriented Must work well in a teamwork environment with strong customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with excellent project and time management skills Proficient working in email and basic computer systems Ability to read and comprehend pick lists and schedules Physically able to safely operate Ventrac equipment (tow motor, stock chaser, etc.) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and stretch overhead, stand, twist, bend for extended periods of time Ability to work in a hot/cold indoor and outdoor environment High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year experience in Receiving or Shipping CDL License At Ventrac we are always working to make sure our employees know just how valued they are.
