What Youll Do 30% - Strategic Planning Use your understanding of the media planning process to support Senior Strategist and Supervisor across a multitude of client deliverables. Create, format, and update flowcharts, plan sheets, planning cost worksheets, and various client trackers; ensuring output is accurate and provided at a brisk pace to handle the high volume or client deliverables. Collaborate on the development of POVs for new media opportunities, on an ongoing basis Responsible for utilizing consumer research tools (YouGov, MRI, eMarketer Cadence) to identify key trends and insights to inform plan recommendations Continue to strengthen understanding of media strategy and applications 40% - Account Management Ensure flawless execution and attention to detail is maintained across all deliverables, requires a keen eye to detail while maintaining swift output across team. Prepare and distribute traffic instructions, partner with Traffic team to track deadlines and deliverables, responding to any inquiries appropriately Oversee the billing and budget maintenance process; work closely with budget analyst, when applicable Organize team documents and maintain timelines to ensure all client deadlines are met Contribute to frameworks and templates for presentation decks, team projects, and monthly recap of team project highlights. Build and foster open communication with clients and media partners, serving as a key HMI contact 30% - Internal Relationship Management Collaborate with Senior Strategist and Supervisor to identify problems and recommend solutions Keep Senior Strategist and Supervisor updated on the status and timing of deliverables Engage and effectively interact with other Horizon departments, i.e. Investment, Traffic, Operations Apply knowledge of current/previous clients specific business and industry to enhance and further relationships Form close relationships with the other Strategist(s), working across pods to support each other and the greater team as needed. Collaborate and help Strategist colleagues in skill development to promote strong baseline support for the greater team. Contribute to future performance reviews of Assistant Strategist, identifying strengths and areas for growth Participate in the interview process for future Assistant Strategist position Who You Are A strong writer, presenter and communicator in order to share status updates, present recommendations and provide strategy and insights to client and internal teams An individual that speaks their mind and offers up opinions proactively in a positive way in the spirit of greater teams success. Salary Range $66,300.00 - $80,000.00 A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
