Job Summary: As a Residential Solar Operations Specialist, you are a member of one of IGSs fast-paced emerging businesses. A Residential Solar Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of operations related tasks such as customer billing, customer support via phone, email and an IGS in-house ticketing system, data analysis, reporting, facilitating operational issues with internal Residential Solar team and EPCs, and supporting the value proposition for customers. This role directly contributes to IGSs goal of scaling our Residential Solar business quickly and efficiently. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for working within IGSs proprietary technology platform, document and contract management, and collaborating with IGSs Sales and Installation partners to ensure a smoothly operating business. Actively partner with IGSs shared service groups such as billing and collections, IT, finance and accounting, legal and regulatory, and marketing to sustain business operations and deliver upon the businesss strategic objectives. Respond to and support our internal customer service teams to address and resolve any escalated customer related concerns/inquires. Reviews and audits completed work for accuracy, makes corrections when necessary, and timely reports status to management. Becomes a trusted team member by accomplishing team goals, operating with integrity, and by shaping IGS Solar into a world-class solar company. Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Required Skills: Demonstrates a tenacious drive for results, efficiency, and embraces the value of Continuous Improvement Great attitude and positive outlook in dealing with any customer Basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills Ability to learn new technology platforms (partner portals, reporting portals, etc.) Ability to adapt, evolve and thrive in an ever-changing environment Ability to learn a variety of IT applications and learn our businesss processes Exceptional organizational skills and document management skills with an acute attention to detail Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong analytical skills, results oriented, driven Minimum Education and Experience: 2-3 years previous customer service experiences College degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or other applicable field of study a plus Energy experience a plus Basic skills in all MS Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint) Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position. Salary Range: $44,970.00 - $71,950.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
