Job Description: Are you passionate about building media relationships, uncovering compelling stories, and helping brands connect with the conversations that matter most? As a Senior Account Executive, Brand at Zeno, you will play a key role in supporting and executing integrated communications programs for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with account teams and clients, you will drive earned media initiatives, develop compelling content, manage day-to-day account activities, and contribute to programs that deliver meaningful business results. Unlike an entry-level communications role, this position offers increased ownership and strategic involvement across client programs. You will help shape media strategies, develop key messaging, mentor junior team members, and serve as a trusted partner in delivering exceptional client service and impactful communications outcomes. About the Role: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client and vendor contacts, proactively managing communications and helping ensure seamless day-to-day account support. Media Relations & Story Development: Develop and execute media relations initiatives, craft newsworthy story angles, and support earned media strategies that generate meaningful coverage and visibility for clients. Content Development: Research, interview, write and edit a variety of communications materials, including news releases, media pitches and other client-facing content that supports business objectives. Program Execution & Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and aligned with client goals while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader communications strategy. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coach and support junior team members, delegate work effectively, and foster collaboration across account teams to deliver high-quality results. Strategic Communications Support: Develop key messages and contribute ideas that strengthen client programs, support campaign objectives and create opportunities for impactful storytelling. About You: 3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment. Proven experience securing earned media coverage through strategic pitching, media outreach and content development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling stories and messaging across multiple formats. Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to view client programs through both creative and business lenses. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, proactive and results-oriented, with the confidence to contribute ideas and perspectives during team discussions and brainstorming sessions. Experience mentoring junior team members and working effectively across teams to achieve shared goals. Pay Range: $65,000-$ 75,000 USD/yr. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. Level 04 An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
