Full Job Description

Sr. IT Analyst Full Time Perm Salary: $96,600 - $144,900, plus 8% annual bonus Way of Work: Hybrid - 3 days on location Location: Columbus, OH (Preferred) or Merrillville, IN The IT Capacity Planning team works closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, PMO, and other various partners to build data driven analytic dashboards that gives the organization clear and actionable visibility into current resource utilization, future demand, and capacity risk. By working closely with these teams to provide these dashboards, we help enable prioritization and proactive decision making for the teams we support. As the Senior IT Analyst, this role will partner with key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements to design and develop data models and Power BI visualizations that reveal actionable insights. You will be responsible for translating user requirements into interactive dashboards and reports that drive informed business decisions based on available data. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with clear visuals, accessible navigation, efficient DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformations Ensure data accuracy through unit tests, reconciliation, and peer reviews Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, using various methods such as presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories Applies problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, resolves conflicts, and proposes solutions Demonstrates strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and communicate trends Maintains a deep understanding of the application domain, including the business processes, data flows, systems architecture, and integration points Implements continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
