Job Opening: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: McClure Post Acute Position Overview: McClure Post Acute is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with requests as needed and provide personalized care. Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other daily activities. Provide companionship and build strong relationships with residents. Respond to emergencies according to established policies and procedures. Document care provided to residents in accordance with documentation standards. Contribute to ensuring that resident individual service plans are current and accurate. Regularly review 24-hour reports and care checklists. Maintain the upkeep of residents rooms (e.g., making beds, taking out trash, washing dishes). Qualifications: Required Certification: Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA). A positive attitude and a smile to bring to work every day. Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent care. Ability to work effectively as a team player.
