System Administrator

We are a fast-growing IT Services/Managed Service Provider based in White Plains, NY and we are looking for a System Administrator (Level 2) to join our team for a full-time role. This position requires you to support clients remotely and on-site as needed. Our onsite clients are primarily in Westchester County and New York City. We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic, enthusiastic about technology and wants to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and a nice personality. The ideal candidate will have the following skillset: Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and Windows 10 Experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers are required Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP Experience with Office365 is required Strong troubleshooting skills In-depth knowledge of networking Knowledge of RMM tools such as ConnectWise is a plus College degree and certifications are preferred Prior MSP experience is a plus Cloud experience such as Azure, AWS is a plus Multi-tasking is a plus Leadership skills and ability to delegate is a plus Strong communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $60K - 70k Work Location: On Site (White Plains, NY) Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift (830am - 530pm) Ability to commute/relocate: White Plains, NY 10603: Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Microsoft Windows Server: 3 years (Required) Who We are: At New Charter, were building a caliber of business the IT industry hasnt yet seen.
