Job Description Internal Supply Production Worker Location: Fife, WA Schedule: Both Day & Night Positions Available! Compensation: $22.00/hour-$25.00/hour (Depending on Experience). As an Extruder Operator, youll be at the center of our Vinyl Extrusion teamkeeping production running smoothly and ensuring toptier quality every step of the way. What Youll Do In this critical manufacturing role, you will: Operate 13 PVC extrusion lines to meet production and quality targets Safely disassemble, clean, reassemble, and change over tooling using overhead crane equipment Perform visual inspections and take accurate measurements using calipers Maintain a clean and organized work areaspray down equipment, sweep floors, remove debris Complete required documentation including productivity reports, machine condition notes, bundle tickets, and work orders Support packaging and forklift operations as needed What You Bring Associate degree or technical school certificate or 612 months of related experience Forklift certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals, and written procedures Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, bar graphs) Problemsolving ability and comfort following detailed instructions Ability to work in a fastpaced, multitasking environment Why Youll Love Working Here Competitive pay + shift differential Opportunities for skill growth and crosstraining A supportive, safetyfirst environment Work thats active, handson, and essential to our production success Ready to Take Your Career to the Next Level?
