Payout will commence at $1250 after 60 days of employment and $1250 after 6 months of employment. Competitive Pay: The starting base compensation for this position is $25.28 to $39.24 hourly flat rate. What Youll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, heating/AC, and other areas as assigned. Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to perform accurate repairs. Ensure a clean and organized workspace, maintaining tools and equipment per safety guidelines. Train and mentor other technicians and service associates. What Were Looking For: 6+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician. Master Technician Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months paid for by AAA!). ASE L1 Certification preferred. Strong technical expertise with advanced diagnostic and repair skills. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods. Valid Drivers License & ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
