Pay: $18.50$24.00/hour, depending on experience Overview: At the heart of our hospital is a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are often the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating lasting, positive impressions. This is an opportunity to help us strengthen client relationships and support the well-being of pets through every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and managing check-in/check-out processes Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client outreach Present and explain service fees, and process payments Recommend and assist with the purchase of products and services, including prescription refills Educate clients on general pet care topics (e.g., flea/tick prevention, housebreaking, heartworm prevention) Accurately maintain and organize medical records, charts, and correspondence Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience High School Diploma or GED required Excellent communication and active listening skills A compassionate approach toward both pets and their people Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn and apply new information quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in conditions involving pet-related allergens, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and waste If you are a current associate, you need to apply through our internal career site.
