Job Summary: The adult education & literacy (AEL) Texas Educating Adults Management System (TEAMS) specialist will act as the subject matter expert for the (TEAMS) database used for all Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program entries. This position will manage user access and permissions of the TEAMS system for AEL staff and ensure that all TWC training requirements are met before access is permitted. This position will report to the AEL director. **This position is 100% grant-funded. Therefore, continuation of the position will be contingent upon continued external funding.** Required Qualifications: Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with the states Professional Development Center(s) and Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) staff as necessary to assign correct levels of access to the states database by appropriate AEL staff. Ensure data entry and reporting are in compliance with TWC standards, guidelines, and regulations. Provide expert input and assistance in the monitoring and implementation of TEAMS. Provide on-call support for system users. Maintain accurate records of data entry activities. Develop and maintain procedures related to day-to-day systems administration, data management operations, backup, and recovery routines. Collaborate with AEL Program Staff and AEL Instructional Staff to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Attend TEAMS training when required. Attend weekly staff meetings and bi-weekly meetings with AEL Director. Supplemental Functions Perform other duties as assigned.
