Manufacturing Engineer (Associate or Experienced) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected candidate will be responsible for the creation of Fabrication Planning and Installation Planning, fabrication sourcing (inside and outside of Boeing), interface with procurement team, and tracking of parts after procurement. These efforts are to support the Flight Testing of multiple programs. BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced level Manufacturing Engineers. Position Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement production engineering methodologies Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines Develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build Develop and implement manufacturing plans Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions Resolve technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems Implement lean principles and technologies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Experience working with a GOLD Uniface/GOLDesp application computing system 1+ years of experience managing a Bill of Material (BOM) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Summary pay range for associate level: $70,550 $95,450 Summary pay range for experience level: $84,150 - $113,850 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
