Schedule: 5-day work week: TuesSat and Days Off: Sunday & Monday Department Hours: Mon-Fri: 7AM 6PM, Sat: 8AM 5PM and Sun: Closed Why Join Our Team? Earn competitive compensation with a performance-driven pay structure. What You'll Do Be the primary contact for Subaru service customers, delivering an customer experience. Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders. Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options. Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals What You'll Bring We require 1+ years of prior dealership Service Advisor experience. We prefer Subaru Advisor experience but its not required. Sales and upselling abilities while maintaining customer trust. Proficiency with dealership software and repair order management. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The annual California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
