Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN Brushy Creek Post Acute Greer, SC $18$19/hour + Shift Differentials | PRN | 12-Hour Shifts About Us Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus is made up of 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. What We Offer Competitive pay: $18$19/hour 12-hour shifts $1/hour night shift differential $4/hour weekend differential Flexible PRN scheduling On-site managers available 24/7 + on-call support Organized and team-focused work environment Advancement opportunities within our SC network Position Summary As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care as needed, supporting residents comfort, dignity, and well-being in our cottage-style care environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in resident condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Collaborate with nurses and care team to follow care plans Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to remain active throughout shift Additional Information Balanced patient assignments to support quality care and prevent burnout Must be comfortable with walking between cottages throughout shift Why Join Brushy Creek Post Acute?
