Our Bistro Servers are a valued and integral part of our Dining Services team, offering great support and customer service to our residents and providing them with enjoyable meals and conversation. We have part time openings for 4:30pm - 7:30pm (must be able to work every other Sat. and alternating holidays). This position starts at $14.50 per hour. Our Bistro Servers: Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents! Help set tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully-stocked, Be familiar with the menu for each meal to assure all items are available and to answer the residents' questions. Be willing and able to help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require. Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes; answering questions and making suggestions. Process resident orders using a POS system to ensure items are served promptly. Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and Eastmont. What you need to Succeed!
