Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The B2B Value Add Programs Manager is a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for overseeing 3P strategy, negotiations, and operational execution across key business processes. This role drives category performance, optimizes reverse network operations, leads cross-functional process improvements, and ensures alignment across internal stakeholders, suppliers, and field teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and operational expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support scalable ways of working. This role also drives business solutions, influences decision-making, and upholds company policies, and standards while delivering measurable business impact. About the team: The Recommerce team integrates reverse supply chain operations with B2B liquidation to maximize value from returned and excess inventory. By establishing strong operating rhythms, shared performance metrics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, the team enhances innovation and efficiency within Walmarts recommerce ecosystem. This group focuses on optimizing supply chain processes, improving network efficiencies, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement. The team plays a key role in managing supplier relationships, performance management, and cost reduction initiatives to support Walmarts operational goals and deliver measurable business results. What you'll do: Leads supplier strategy, negotiations, category planning, and contract management to deliver business goals, mitigate risk, improve supplier performance, and make recommendations on terms, guardrails, and execution. Oversees reverse network and supply chain operations by resolving escalations, analyzing stakeholder data, improving efficiencies, ensuring compliance across processes and partners, and providing direction to suppliers, transporters, and field teams. Drives cross-functional process improvement, field execution, and new ways of working by partnering with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions, reduce waste, improve service levels, and support scalable business processes. What you'll bring: Strong analytical and operational expertise, with the ability to develop and improve action plans, apply best practices, and leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support scalable ways of working. Experience building cross-functional partnerships, influencing stakeholders, identifying business needs, executing business solutions, and adapting effectively to competing demands, organizational change, and evolving priorities.
