LOCATION: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801 HOURS: 8:00am-4:30pm; Monday - Friday FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible In this role you will: Enter patient information into the Billing System in a timely and accurate manner Verify eligibility with insurance carriers and use established protocols to contact providers to ensure accuracy of information and timely filing Navigate insurance websites reading EOBs and answering customer insurance questions Follow the Q&A process of unbilled claims and correct errors as needed Back-up as Customer Service Rep. Answering questions from inbound patient calls regarding their bills and taking payments. All you need : HS Diploma or equivalent Medical Billing Certification, preferred Strong typing skills, required Salary Range Starting at: $17.00 per hour (depending on experience).
