Job Description THE ROLE: This is an exciting new role for an Analyst to work within the Global Rights organization with A+E Global Media MORE ABOUT WHAT YOULL DO: Oversee the production compliance and legal deliverable review process for scripted and unscripted international content; including: i) the review all legal deliverables and facilitate system approvals for all supporting documentation in Debut ii) the review of Music Cue Sheets/Soundmouse Submissions for all titles; ii) lead touch base calls with producers on delivery status and outstanding items after theyve exceeded the 3-month delivery window and iii) represent Rights Out during the International Production Delivery calls to provide updates on rights bible progress, risk escalations and production compliance to the broader group (Partner Services/Global Acquisition Services/International/Localization). Coordinating the training and onboarding of the production compliance and legal deliverable review process which includes: i) the creation of all admin credentials for production companies working on international content, ii) conducting compliance trainings for international production companies to walk through clearance obligations and answer any questions pertaining to our standard legal deliverable requirements, iii) performing Debut system onboarding with international producers in tandem with Global Acquisition Services and International Formats & Scripted Co-Productions. Analyzing and entering the key terms of the production agreements for Format Options, Format Agreements and Local Productions into the Rights Management System and reviewing PAC decks monthly in order to compile a list of titles for Risk review to determine whether its safe for clients to cut promotional materials. Managing the maintenance of the compliance and legal deliverable review process which includes: the updates to the rights bible deliverables section of the standard technical specifications for Formats, Commissioned Content, Regional Productions and Acquisitions on a rolling basis, ii) creating and updating training documentation in the International Box folder for Global Rights and iii) compiling Risk Reports to escalate producer non-compliance, including updates related to pending deliverables and any comments on outstanding hurdles. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of experience in Media production operations including compliance and legal delivery workflows in broadcast or streaming working with international teams or rights management and handling credentialing processes for production teams Strong understanding of Media production processes, including compliance and legal deliverables International rights and production documentation standards Risk reporting and escalation practices Administrative credentialing procedures Training development or delivery, especially compliance-related THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Risk identification and reporting Data compilation for compliance assessments Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Clear and professional communication with production teams Detail-oriented with excellent tracking/documentation abilities Ability to manage concurrent tasks and meet compliance timelines Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and legal tracking tools Experience with rights management or production compliance software is a plus Compensation Annual Pay Range: $69,699 - $80,154 Annual Incentive Target: 7.50% The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role.
