Job Description Wasserman is currently seeking a Media Associate to support paid social and programmatic paid media efforts for a global gaming brand. The ideal candidate understands how campaign optimizations impact ad performance and how to analyze campaign data. As the Media Associate, you will activate, manage, and optimize campaigns, implement best practices, monitor the latest trends, and report on findings. You should have fantastic attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and be able to take ownership of the process. This role will report directly to the Media Director and is required to be in the Brooklyn office Tuesday - Thursday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily budget and performance pacing on multiple ad platforms, including but not limited to a DSP (like DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP), OLV platforms (Google Ads, Direct Buys, etc.), and paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads). Build campaigns in self-serve ad platforms and thoroughly QA all paid campaign launches. Essential bid management and optimizations for campaigns, including but not limited to Amazon DSP, Google Ads (YouTube), paid social, etc. Collaborate with team members to recommend optimizations in support of client goals and innovation. Pull, organize and analyze campaign data to write performance insights and recommendations to inform client action. Assist Media Strategists with creating media plans to achieve client goals, including audience and creative recommendations and projected results. Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools. Attend training sessions/webinars to become fluent in media planning tools and platforms. REQUIREMENTS 1+ years of experience working on activating and managing programmatic or paid social campaigns Media Planning experience is a plus An elevated mathematical/analytical aptitude with comfortability using Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.) A demonstrated passion for and understanding of digital media, platforms, and their ad offerings Ability to pull campaign reports to inform insights and build client-facing presentation decks Commitment to excellence anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation Base salary range: $64-80K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
