Job Details: Job Description: If you're interested in computer graphics and working with leading graphics hardware engineers on Intel's latest GPU/CPU architecture, then our GPU Hardware IP (GHI) has an opportunity for you. We are looking for Graphics Design/Verification Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will be playing a key role in the pre-silicon design and validation of Intel's leading-edge graphics CPU and discrete products. In this position Candidate will be responsible for familiarizing the existing design, verification methodologies of Intel's GPU's sub IPs, develop efficient verification methodologies, execute to the validation plan and debugging issues seen during different validation phases. As a Graphics Design Verification Engineer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Writing specifications to describe design changes, and the intended implementation. Coding design changes in RTL, following team coding guidelines. Analyzing timing reports to look for alternate design approaches to meet frequency requirements. Development of test plans, Testbench, BFMs (bus functional models), monitors, and scoreboards for assigned areas of the chip. Test plan execution involving test writing, debugging, and driving bug closure. Development of functional/code coverage and achieving coverage goals. Working closely with validation engineers, design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high quality of test plans, functional coverage, and tests that minimizes bug escapes to higher levels of validation. Solid discipline and attention to detail in ensuring effective high. Contributing to process improvements where applicable, and gaining domain expertise to be willing to independently validate effectively. Interfacing with emulation, and software teams to ensure synergy with RTL validation. Deliver high-quality output against deadlines and willing to work effectively in a cross-site team environment. Knowledge or experience within UVM validation. Qualifications: Candidates should possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Technical Master's degree with 2+ years or a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Embedded Systems or related field with 3+ years of experience in areas of VLSI Design and Verification of complex Ips like any image processing IPs, Digital signal processing IPs etc. Preferred Qualifications: Should have good understanding of Computer architecture, micro controller/microprocessor. Strong knowledge in Basic Digital electronics, VLSI Design, embedded system, RTOS concepts along with working experience. Should have good knowledge/working experience on RTL Design using Verilog/VHDL, UVM concepts with experience in developing testbench sequences, drivers, scoreboards independently. Should have good understanding of programming languages like C, C++, OOP. Should have good working knowledge on scripting languages like perl, Ruby, python etc. Should have good problem solving skills, debug skills and communication skills.
