Full Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: 11:00pm-7:00am (Sunday evenings - Friday mornings), Overtime Required What you will do: As a distribution associate you will be working with products that are improving and saving people's lives by administering and operating the organization's warehouses. Efficiently pick customer orders using a handheld scanner Using point desk computers, must be able to accurately verify pallets picked by other associates Must be able to change rolls of wrap (60lbs) on automated wrapper Must be able to unload pallets from wrapper then scan and load into correct trailer or stage lane in proper configuration Must be able to load and unload trailers into desired location Must be able to accurately and efficiently store pallets coming out of manufacturing Accurately and efficiently fill orders in our ecommerce area based on product code, lot number, and quantity/unit of measure. This applies to picking both freight and ecommerce orders Must be able to be trained and certified in forklift operations Must be able to work well in an environment centered around both individual and team accomplishments What you will need: Preferred HS diploma or GED Manufacturing experience Ability to lift/ maneuver 60 lbs $24.30/hr. + $2.00 Shift Premium plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
