Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Program Management New Markets is a dynamic new role in Data Ventures, central to the continued growth, efficiency, and success of our team. This exciting opportunity will be critical in leading the strategy and execution of the product development life cycle for a growing portfolio of data products as we expand to new markets, partnering with stakeholders across both US and global banners. The role is based in Bentonville, AR and reports to the Senior Director of New Markets for Data Ventures in the Revenue organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who seeks to understand unique perspective across teams to drive toward mutually beneficial outcomes, builds strong relationships, solves problems, is deeply curious, a self-starter, detail-oriented, advocates for their partners with respect, and cultivates data-driven decisions. The role will have broad exposure across product, engineering, data, operations, sales, marketing, training, account management, and business development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management (ideally in product operations and software development), stakeholder leadership, business process improvement, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will also have experience with enterprise tools such as Airtable and Jira to build standardized processes and ways of working across global teams. Youll make an impact by... Leading Global Program Portfolio: Oversee a diverse portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs across international markets. Align initiatives with strategic priorities, manage interdependencies, and ensure consistent execution and measurable outcomes. Evaluating Program Performance: Analyze key performance indicators, compare projections to actuals, assess ROI, and synthesize stakeholder feedback to identify trends and inform strategic adjustments. Driving Cross-Functional Execution: Lead business plans and initiatives by aligning priorities, removing barriers, allocating resources, and adapting to evolving needs to ensure successful delivery. Enabling Strategic Decision-Making: Partner with senior leadership to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements. Guide stakeholders through the product development lifecycle with clear, targeted messaging. Advancing Operational Excellence: Champion process improvements by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with enterprise strategy. Secure leadership buy-in and oversee execution. Developing and Empowering Talent: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members. Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture through coaching, recognition, and clear performance expectations. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years supervisory experience. Fluent in Spanish. Project management certification. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
