In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents in a nurturing environment, assisting with their daily living activities. Key Responsibilities Provide quality, compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Implement specific procedures and care programs as directed by nursing staff. Report significant changes and observations regarding residents conditions to supervisors. Address inquiries and requests for information from residents and their families. Assist nursing staff and supervisors with various operational tasks as needed.
