What You'll Do: The Portfolio Analyst will monitor, analyze and protect TRICOM's portfolio of receivable collateral by managing and assisting in the collection of our staffing clients accounts receivables; while maximizing the accounts receivable performance, minimize and prevent delinquencies and bad debt write-offs. Timely, effective and professional client communication and customer Accounts Receivable collection activities using appropriate persuasion, negotiation, follow-up and problem-solving skills. Work independently with self-motivation while demonstrating the ability to prioritize conflicting collection activities demands using excellent organizational and time-management skills to accommodate rapidly changing priorities while meeting company customer service standards and one-hour response time. Assist, educate and guide clients in effective accounts receivables management, trend analysis, collection techniques and Tricom expectations and protocol through appropriate analysis of risk criteria present in the assigned portfolio of accounts receivable.
