Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree by start date Experience in admissions, customer service experience within higher education, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Professional experience in K-12 or post-secondary education Proficiency in speaking and reading in a second language, preferably Spanish, Hmong, Oneida, or Somali Experience with software systems such as Peoplesoft, Salesforce, ImageNow that support Admissions processes Conditions of Appointment: The home campus of this position is Green Bay and the successful candidate will travel to Southeastern Wisconsin high schools, fairs, and other institutions as necessary. Occasional daytime, evening, and weekend hours will be required. Rental cars and hotel accommodations will be available as needed. This position may have the option to work on-campus with a hybrid schedule, subject to approved telecommuting request. Position is a full-time Academic Staff appointment.
