Job Details: Job Title: Operator Pay: $20-$22/hr Location: Fontana, CA Job Summary:** JD.com is seeking a diligent and efficient Operator to contribute to the smooth and effective execution of daily operational tasks within our facilities. Job Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. * Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues. * Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and take corrective actions as required. * Accurately record production data, material usage, and equipment status. * Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational policies. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve operational challenges. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials as needed. * Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly. Job Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant certifications are a plus. * Proven experience in an operational or manufacturing environment is preferred. * Ability to operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. * Basic understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting. * Ability to lift and move objects as required by the job; comfortable with prolonged standing and physical activity. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
