What you'll do: Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements. Work with stakeholders to identify modeling needs and form the strategy of each project. Develop simulation models and present results to leadership. Develop and present clear data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs. Support data governance by promoting data quality standards, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory policies. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulations to support complex business decisions. Proficiency with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL for effective data extraction and quality assessment. Strong understanding of data quality management, governance, and enterprise data strategy principles. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries to communicate insights clearly. Knowledge of supply chain optimization, transportation management, and logistics engineering to inform data-driven recommendations. Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior analysts. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
