About the Role Were looking for a client-centric professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Truck & Upfit Ordering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client vehicle and upfit orders, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, dealers, and suppliers. This role exists to provide clients with efficient, cost-effective solutions for vehicle acquisition and upfitting needs while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and operational excellence. The incumbent is held accountable for delivering timely and accurate order fulfillment, cost management, and exceptional client service. What Youll Do Consult with clients regarding vehicle and upfit needs, provide guidance on specifications, availability, and cost-effective alternatives Coordinate end-to-end order processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, upfit vendors, and dealers Negotiate pricing, incentives, and delivery arrangements within Elements preferred networks to secure the best client outcomes Facilitate documentation flow for vehicle registration, licensing, and upfit specifications Ensure compliance with internal policies Partner with Fleet Partnership Solutions, Sales, and Operations SMEs to influence and align business solutions while communicating effectively to keep stakeholders informed throughout the process Identify client trends and pain points in ordering, recommending process improvements, and strategic solutions that enhance client value and operational efficiency Basic Qualifications Education: College/University degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent business experience accepted 1 5 years of consultative, client-facing business experience in fleet management, automotive, or related industries Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Strong organizational and project management skills Effective negotiation and relationship management abilities Ability to analyze cost/benefit scenarios and present recommendations Decisions focus on vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and upfit solutions that balance cost, compliance, and client satisfaction (mistakes may result in financial loss, compliance issues, or strained client relationships) Preferred Qualifications Experience negotiating vendor agreements and managing client portfolios Location: Hopkins, MN The hiring base salary range for this position is $49,100 - $67,500 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
