CoverMyMeds is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Patient Access and Adherence programs including Traditional Hub. In this role, youll have the opportunity to make a real impact by delivering data and insights that help clients understand their patient populations and optimize the performance of their programs, ultimately improving patient access to complex specialty therapies. You will collect, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources, preparing reports in the form of visualizations that highlight key trends and findings. This role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external customers to understand and define requirements, and to deliver clear, concise, and actionable outputs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the client and account operations teams to understand and refine their data needs, while effectively prioritizing deliverables and providing clear, realistic timelines. Design, develop and iterate self-service analytics tools such as Tableau dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into program KPIs, performance metrics, and the patient journey across the program workflow. Validate and interpret data using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to complex data mining while demonstrating a solid understanding of large, complex relational data sources. Continually assess data quality throughout the database and coordinate with IT and Data Engineering teams to correct source data or create semantic layer sources, as needed. Apply appropriate analytic methods while accounting for data nuances, caveats, and limitations. Actively research and adopt best practices for business data analysis via published literature, formalized training and professional development. Support continuous improvement efforts by developing and monitoring process and performance metrics. Refine vague asks into clear hypotheses, criteria and objectives while keeping the larger picture in mind. Minimum Qualifications Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills 4+ years of experience in an analytics role. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake). Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills in delivering analytic findings to audiences with varied technical understanding. Ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in becoming and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on a given data domain. Knowledge and Additional Skills Experience with Tableau Prep is preferred. Familiarity with Python. Knowledge of healthcare and biopharma industry. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
