Job Summary The lab coordinator will support basic lab administrative functions as well as specific research projects, in a roughly 1:2 ratio. Qualifications PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative tasks such as assisting in recruiting and onboarding new lab members, handling purchases, assisting with grant-writing, organizing the lab schedule; and maintaining documentation. Research support includes testing human subjects of all ages, liaising with test sites, training research assistants, and conducting analyses. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, as well as at least a year of prior research experience. Proficiency in Python or R is required. Prior experience with research studies with children is strongly desired. SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Attention to detail and excellent record-keeping abilities. Proficiency in Python or R. Ability to work with small children. Ability to train research assistants to recruit and test children. Ability to write and present research with support from more senior lab members.
