Position Summary... We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Manager, Finance to support our Supply Chain Operations team. This individual will be responsible for accurately planning and managing labor metrics to optimize our variable cost structure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning. What you'll do... Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement labor planning processes that support business objectives Develop and maintain accurate labor and financial models to identify trends and provide insights that drive key business decisions Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, and opportunities to improve labor productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies Develop and deliver financial reporting to senior leadership on key performance metrics, budget versus actuals, and forecast variances Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports, while adhering to internal controls and compliance requirements Youll make an impact by: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and BigQuery Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically What you'll bring: Producing compelling insights into business expectations as plans are developed and strategic direction is discussed and financial advice to executive leaders to enable decision making Leveraging tools & channels of digital transformation to drive insights across the business Building relationships to maximize relationships across the organization to drive strong communications, strategic alignment, and clear project management Operating with excellence in driving the company strategy forward, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and other The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
