Business Process Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Management Execution Systems (MES) Development & Support Manufacturing and Safety organization is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our Core MES (CMES/Velocity) team. This exciting opportunity will provide critical support and configuration management for our current Manufacturing (CMES and Velocity) systems to enable factory production. This position can be located in Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC. Key roles and responsibilities: Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders for support activities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex issues with limited information in a timely manner. Investigate technical and configuration issues for CMES/Velocity in partnership with IT and factory stakeholders to support manufacturing execution. Navigate and interact with backend systems and tables to resolve technical and configuration issues for CMES/Velocity. Develop and maintain expertise in CMES/Velocity system integrations, limitations and control policies. Consult the business on current MES capabilities to inform enhancement and future system development. Manage User Access Control for users and suppliers in CMES/Velocity in accordance with Boeing data security policies. Perform user audits of MES systems and permissions to maintain access policies. Implement configuration-based enhancements submitted by manufacturing customers and track progress utilizing Azure DevOps. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of user experience with Boeing Management Execution Systems (MES) Velocity, CMES and/or MESci 3+ years of experience investigating and supporting solutions for a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity, innovation and coordination among multiple stakeholders. 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations, Engineering Support or IT environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Prior Boeing experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or IT 1+ years maintaining User Access Control for digital systems 1+ years using SQL to query databases 2+ years in a technical or factory support role requiring root cause analysis and resolution. Strong organization skills Familiarity with Excel, Azure DevOps, HCL Leap, and/or Tableau Shift: This position is primarily on 1st shift, but must have flexibility to work alternative shifts.
