As a Commercial Banking Implementations Consultant, you will be a strategic partner across the Implementation Services organization for new logo client implementations with a focus on commercial banking and cash management functions. You will engage client stakeholders to analyze and develop business requirements that identify client needs and assist in the translation of business requirements to solution design. You will be customer-facing and bridge the key elements of customer needs with platform capabilities to create the ultimate online banking solution for Alkami customers. Key Responsibilities Be a subject matter expert for clients that are implementing Alkamis digital banking product set with a focus on Commercial Banking/Cash Management. Analyzes client banking operations and maps requirements to Alkamis digital banking platform. Conduct in-depth analysis of customers commercial banking operations as well as map and document requirements Create business requirement documentation to identify customer requirements and industry best practices Engage with cross functional teams to identify and support the implementation of improved Delivery processes Advocate for clients business users across the platform and advise Product Management regarding business needs Communicate status updates and progress to leadership and internal stakeholders Understand the current Alkami platform offering, to identify and document functionality gaps Work closely with Alkami Product Management team to prioritize and map clients commercial banking needs within the product roadmap Work as a liaison between Alkami customers and the Alkami Implementation Services teams, assisting with the translation between business requirements and solution configuration Qualifications 7+ years of experience implementing a SaaS digital banking product in Financial Services 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury or Cash Management Domain expertise and extensive industry knowledge with a focus on commercial banking and cash management Previous experience with business requirement document creation and gap analysis Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently and/or with little supervision Desired Skills Requirements analysis methodology Ability to communicate ideas effectively Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Can manage multiple projects of high complexity The salary range for this position is: $149,000 - $165,000 Cool Things to Know Not Just Any Company: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
