POSITION: 2026-2027 School Year Middle and High School Teachers Positions (Any Subject Area) GRADE LEVEL: Middle or High School Positions available LOCATION: Hiring at multiple locations. Learn more about our 16 schools here. SALARY: $60,000-$82,000 based on years of aligned experience up to 10 years. We also offer a relocation stipend if you are moving from a location greater than 75 miles from Denver! STATUS: Full time school year, benefits eligible, exempt, in-person position START: Our new staff will attend a New Staff Institute at the end of July 2026. Taking personal accountability for their impact to improve the minds, outcomes and lives of youth, and are reflective of their practice in order to be responsive to their students. Creating learning environments to support youth in owning their learning & academic success. Modeling and maintaining high expectations for all learners Identifying personal strengths that will support the schools core values, guiding philosophy, expectations, and school spirit. Engage in feedback sessions with an instructional coach. Seek out and request opportunities for growth and continuous self-improvement in teaching, both in and out of the classroom. Willingness to engage in constructive dialogue with students, colleagues, and school administration. Actively support and participate in the schools professional development programs Support the schools core values and policies inside and outside the classroom with colleagues, students, parents, and the larger community.
